Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING
 
 
UPS......................... Your order will be shipped UPS whenever possible, unless you request a different method of shipment. Maximum 150lbs per carton.
 
UPS 2nd day air....... Air freight via UPS. It is a guaranteed 2-day delivery not including Saturday or Sunday.
 
UPS Next day air..... Air Freight via UPS. It is a guaranteed 1-day delivery not including Sunday.
 
RPS......................... Roadway Parcel Service is similar to UPS with a maximum weight of 150 per carton.
 
Express Mail............ Air freight via US Postal Service. Guaranteed next day delivery not including Sunday.
 
Air Freight................ Air freight via Federal Express, Emery Express, AirBorne and other independent air cargo service. Normally next day service. Extra cost for Saturday delivery. No Sunday deliveries.
 
Truck....................... When shipping loadcells and other parts by truck specify shipping class as SCALES NOI CLASS 85.
   
 


RETURN POLICY
 

 
All merchandise must be authorized prior to return. No return will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number, except for warranties.
 
If the wrong part was ordered:
 

1.

A 20% restocking charge plus shipping charges will apply.
 

2.

The merchandise being returned must be returned within 2 weeks of original shipping date.
 

3.

The merchandise being returned must be unused and received in new condition. If merchandise appears to have been used or received in poor or damaged condition, a refurbishing charge will be applied before credit is given.
   
If the wrong part was shipped:
 

1.

The correct merchandise will be shipped at once.
 

2.

Full credit will be issued upon return of incorrect merchandise.
   
 


DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT
 

 
Merchandise that has been damaged in shipment must be reported to the freight carrier immediately.

Do not return the merchandise until after the freight carrier has inspected the damage. Keep all the original packaging material for the inspection. The freight carrier will not honor a claim for damage if the merchandise is not as you received it.

After the freight carrier has inspected the damage and has given us approval, we will give you a Return Authorization Number.
